Pitch & Proposals Coordinator

Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney is a national law firm with a proven reputation for providing progressive, industry-leading legal, business, regulatory and government relations advice to our regional, national and international clients. We are seeking a Pitch and Proposal Coordinator in our Pittsburgh, PA or Philadelphia, PA location. This position will, in coordination with the Proposal Manager, be responsible for the creation of impactful and complex proposal packages and play a significant role in supporting the firm’s business development objectives by coordinating the development of requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), proposals, and other pursuit materials.
