Job description

We're looking for a Creative Associate (Copy & Content) someone who can turn ideas into compelling communication and help shape content that people actually want to engage with.

What you'll do

Research brands, audiences, trends, and build context for briefs Write social media content, campaign copy, concepts, captions, and reel scripts Contribute to brand communication strategy and campaigns (digital + ATL) Create and manage monthly content calendars across brands Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account managers to bring ideas to life Support pitches, brainstorming sessions, and new business opportunities Keep content organized, timely, and aligned with brand objectives Add a little chaos (the good kind) to the team The details: Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month Location: On-site, Churchgate (Mumbai) What’s in it for you: Requirements What we're looking for: 1+ year of agency experience in copywriting, content, or social media Strong command over English and at least one additional language Deep understanding and expertise in at least one industry/category, while being excited to learn and work across diverse industries Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, content formats, and emerging trends (Being chronically online is a plus.)

Ability to think on feet and respond quickly with ideas, solutions, and content opportunities A critical thinker who can challenge briefs, ask the right questions, and improve ideas A creative mind that can translate insights into engaging content and campaigns Ability to balance creativity with structure, timelines, and business objectives Someone curious, original, proactive, and fun to work with If you like ideas, words, and making brands interesting - this is for you.
