Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor- Automotive to join our team in Sitrah, Bahrain. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities

Greet customers and ascertain their automotive needs. * Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance, explaining technical issues clearly and concisely. * Prepare repair orders, ensuring accurate documentation of customer requests and vehicle information. * Liaise with technicians and workshop staff to schedule and monitor repairs.

Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services. * Keep customers informed of the progress of their repairs. * Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications and service requirements. * Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment.
Qualifications

Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry. * Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance procedures. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks. * Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Proficient computer skills and experience with relevant software. * High school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in automotive technology are advantageous.
