Associate Director Transactions & Processing

This Position is responsible for activities related to servicing of commercial loan transactions. This process involves collecting the policy certificate and validating that the certificate information as compared to insurance requirements in SOR. It involves sending out non-compliance letters to borrowers and agents and following up with them to be in compliance with loan agreement.

Update the coverage requirements for loans where significant insurance events have occurred. Placing flood orders for determination of flood zone.
