Job description
The Business Process Analyst supports cross-functional process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service quality across the Operations organization. This position partners with Operations leadership by identifying opportunities, analyzing business processes, recommending solutions, and supporting implementation efforts that improve organizational performance.
This role supports operational improvements through business process analysis, data-driven decision making, documentation governance, and project leadership. The position assists in identifying improvement opportunities, develops recommendations, supports multiple initiatives simultaneously, and partners with leaders across the organization to ensure sustainable operational improvements.
