Job description As a software program manager, you will lead and manage the PM team and work closely with data scientists, software engineers and other stakeholders to deliver AI-powered software solutions for the diverse functional teams, including engineering and manufacturing.

● Lead and manage the PM team ● Provide program and project management, cross-functional teams to ensure project success ● Foster a collaborative and productive team environment ● Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, clients, and team members ● Stay informed on contemporary AI technologies and applications

要求 / Requirements: ● 10 years of experience in software program or project management ● 2 years of experience in AI software ● 3 years of experience in a leadership role ● Knowledge of software development process and technologies ● Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously ● Excellent communication and facilitation skills
