Roving Maintenance Technician, Residential

The Roving Maintenance Technician will travel between CSM’s residential properties to support properties with general maintenance and repairs, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers and readiness, and property quality and safety. The Roving Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for filling vacant Maintenance Technician positions until they are permanently filled.

The Roving Maintenance Technician will report to the Director of Residential Properties.
