Call Center Associate, Food and Nutrition,Full Time

Room Service (RS) Call Center Associate must complete assigned duties/tasks professionally, accurately and timely as possible; Must have a thorough understanding of the Room Service program and CBORD (the software system applications program). Serves as the initial point of contact for patients’ taking their phone calls for meal orders/menu selections.

Must maintain a pleasant/cheerful demeanor, and speak in a clear, polite, friendly, and helpful tone of voice with patients, nurses, and customers.
