We are seeking a Multi skilled F&B team member to join our dynamic team in Ipswich, United Kingdom. This versatile role offers an exciting opportunity to work across both kitchen and front-of-house operations, providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Serve customers in the dining area, taking orders and delivering food and beverages Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling cash and card transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization in both kitchen and dining areas Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours Assist in inventory management and stock rotation Adapt to various roles within the bar and dining area as needed Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge in food service operations Must live in the UK Previous experience in food service roles (preferred) Proficiency in food preparation and basic cooking techniques Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems accurately Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Excellent multitasking abilities and efficiency in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team Flexibility to work in various roles and adapt to changing priorities Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Work a mixture of early and late shifts
