Hiring Unit: Department of Psychology Position Summary: Follow and refine study protocols that ensure ethical and high-quality collection of study data within the Tulip Lab. Manage and prepare research ethics board submissions; track and assist in the reporting of ethics-related issues; engage with ethics amendments. Prepare reports for the Data Safety Monitoring Board, Inc.

adverse event reporting and protocol deviations. Oversee the scheduling of assessment appointments for study participants, including corresponding with prospective and actual study participants and ensuring compensation of actual study participants. Ensure participants complete study components in methodologically correct ways Assist with reviewing screening data for prospective study participants Monitor data quality and engage in data cleaning and preparation.

Engage with literature reviews Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities: Proficiency with Microsoft excel Experience and Education: Honours undergraduate degree in psychology or equivalent Experience with psychological research coordination Experience with leading a team Before applying, please note that to work at Mc.
