Job description
The Development Manager is a key fundraising professional responsible for executing annual giving campaigns, donor communications, grant writing, and digital fundraising programs. This role manages three direct mail campaigns annually, solicits Summit Autism Walk and Summit Gala sponsorships, coordinates giving day initiatives, and grows the monthly giving program.
The Development Manager works closely with the Assistant Director/Director of Development and collaborates across the Mission Advancement team to build donor relations, retain supporters, and grow contributed revenue year over year. Grant writing under this role covers funding opportunities less than $10,000; larger institutional grant opportunities are managed by the Assistant Director/Director of Development.
