Slitter Operator**
Summary**
Join Millennium Print Group as a Slitter Operator**! We’re looking for a Slitter Operator** to join our manufacturing team. If you enjoy hands-on production work and want to be part of a fast-paced environment producing world-class trading cards, this is your opportunity to grow with an industry leader.
Location:** Durham, NC Schedule:** Onsite, Night shift on a 2-2-3-2 schedule Pay & Benefits:** Competitive hourly pay + shift differentials + full benefits package
What You’ll Do**
Operate slitter equipment to produce high-quality trading cards that meet production and quality standards
Review job instructions and follow production schedules accurately
Make routine machine and feeder adjustments to maintain productivity and quality
Inspect product samples throughout the shift and document results
Communicate job status and equipment conditions during shift changes
Record production, downtime, and job details in manufacturing systems
Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
Work collaboratively with team members to meet on-time delivery goals
What You’ll Bring**
High School diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, or equipment operation preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic math skills and attention to detail
