Transition/Onboarding Coordinator Recruiter (Bilingual - Spanish Preferred) - Temporary

The Coordinator / Recruiter plays a key role in supporting the full recruiting lifecycle across a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for posting and managing job requisitions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, and maintaining strong communication with hiring managers to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process. This role provides essential administrative, reporting, and coordination support to the Transition and Onboarding teams, ensuring an efficient and organized hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable collaborating across multiple time zones.
