Cardiac Rehab Clinician - (RN-BSN or Exercise Physiologist or PT)

The Cardiac Rehab Clinician delivers evidence-based care to help patients recover from cardiovascular events and illnesses. They assess fitness levels to design customized exercise programs that improve mobility and restore health. During exercise sessions, they closely monitor patients, respond to sudden health changes, and educate individuals on risk factors and behavior modification.

Additionally, they track patient progress and communicate clinical updates to medical directors and primary physicians. A key duty will be to grow and expand the program in the first year. Hours are 35-40 per week, M-F.
