Job description
HVAC Technician – VRF Systems Job Responsibilities Install, operate, maintain, and repair VRF/VRV air-conditioning systems. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, refrigerant, and control-system faults. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on VRF units, AHUs, FCUs, split units, and ventilation systems. Conduct refrigerant charging, pressure testing, leak detection, vacuuming, and brazing.
Troubleshoot compressors, fan motors, PCBs, sensors, controllers, and communication errors. Read wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and equipment error codes. Maintain service records and comply with HSE and permit-to-work procedures.
Requirements
Requirements ITI, Diploma, or technical certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC maintenance experience, including strong hands-on VRF/VRV experience. Experience with major VRF brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Samsung, or Toshiba. Good knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, and diagnostic tools.
Ability to work independently and respond to breakdowns efficiently. Gulf or facility-management experience is preferred. Valid QID and immediate availability are preferred.
