Clinician: Jail Diversion- 7132

Sign on Bonus! OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: Within the Jail Diversion program, staff work within the courts and mental health systems to assist adult clients with mental health and/or substance abuse issues who are at risk of going to jail. The goal of the program is to divert unnecessary stays in the correctional system while providing clients with an opportunity to become involved in treatment. Successful involvement in the program helps a client to reduce or possibly eliminate charges on their record.
