Embedded & Control Systems Engineer
Job description
As an Embedded & Control Systems Engineer, you develop and implement control algorithms for embedded and real-time systems. You combine software engineering with control theory to create stable, reliable, and high-performance solutions for complex technical systems. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you contribute to the development of intelligent and safety-critical applications.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement embedded control algorithms Design real-time software for control and automation systems Model, simulate, and validate system behavior Integrate control logic on embedded platforms and ECUs Support system testing, debugging, and performance optimization Collaborate with software, hardware, and system engineers Experience Experience in embedded software or control systems development Experience with real-time and hardware-near systems Experience with system modeling and simulation is a plus Knowledge & Skills Strong skills in C/C++ and embedded systems Good understanding of control theory and system dynamics Experience with MATLAB/Simulink Familiarity with RTOS and real-time architectures Understanding of hardware interfaces and system integration Structured and analytical mindset Fluent Japanese; English is a plus
