Internal Sales Engineer Benefits Free parking Company pension On-site parking Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internal Sales Engineer to join our team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the development of all project and non-standard work. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties Training will be provided. Prepare costings and quotations for non-standard service work and projects. Project manage jobs, ensuring strict deadlines are achieved and profit margins are met. Visit sites where applicable to meet clients, survey installations, and provide support to service engineers. Collaborate with department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.

Plan meetings. Write and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters, and forms. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Order parts for special projects and monitor delivery progress. Book travel arrangements. Submit profitability reports. Visit sites with service engineers and assist with various types of service work to develop a strong understanding of industrial gas burners, process ovens, and spray booths within the paint finishing industry.

Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and critical-thinking ability Knowledge of AutoCAD would be an advantage.
