Key Responsibilities

Manage overall branch operations and performance Drive business targets including loans, deposits, and revenue Lead and guide branch team members Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms Handle customer relationships and resolve escalations Monitor daily activities, reports, and branch productivity Develop local market strategies to increase business Requirements Requirements: 5–10 years of experience in Banking / NBFC MBA in Finance/equivalent preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Good knowledge of financial products and operations Excellent communication and customer handling skills Preferred: Experience in NBFC sector Retired bank employees are highly preferred
