Executive Director, Analytics & Optimization

Under the supervision of the Senior Vice President of Gaming Operations, the incumbent is responsible for the strategy and implementation of all activities related to analytics and revenue management. This includes but is not limited to training, managing & directing the activities of the analytics and revenue management teams.

The incumbent is to provide ad-hoc project analysis as requested by senior management; prepare value-based financial analyses and pro forma financial statements for all potential gaming expansion opportunities; provide financial, operational and labor analyses / forecasts for all divisions of the resort casino operation; develop and support the Company's annual budget, forecasting and strategic planning process.
