Job description
Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager Reports to: Operations Manager Level: Salaried Schedule: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, or as per manager’s discretion and business needs
Scope: Responsible for supporting the operational performance and service quality of an assigned portfolio of lodge locations — coaching site leadership teams, supporting budget and cost management, and maintaining operational continuity across the portfolio during the Operations Manager’s off-rotation.
