Emergency Department Nurse Manager (RN)

The Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse who is accountable for managing the delivery of patient care, and providing leadership, supervision and direction for unit nursing personnel on a 24/7day per week basis. The Nurse Manager is responsible for management of patient care activities according to acuity level. The ER Nurse manager position has specific responsibilities according to whether it is staffing, quality, education, or IS (EDM), tracking time and attendance, and managing corrective actions when necessary.
