Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Technician to join our dynamic Repair & Maintenance Services team. As an Electrical Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of electrical systems across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure assets.

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, motors, control panels, and distribution networks.
• Diagnose electrical faults using multi meters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools; implement timely repairs to restore system functionality.
• Install, modify, and maintain electrical wiring, conduits, switches, circuit breakers, and associated components in accordance with NEC and local regulations.
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to guide installation, repair, and modification tasks.
• Collaborate with maintenance supervisors and engineering teams to plan and execute system upgrades and emergency repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, parts used, and system performance in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety protocols during all work activities.
• Assist in the commissioning and testing of newly installed electrical systems and equipment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification or associate degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred. - 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical repair, maintenance, or installation within industrial, commercial, or infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools, multi meters, insulation testers, and other electrical testing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code), NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety in the Workplace), and OSHA safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in variable environments, including confined spaces and elevated platforms.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in diverse conditions (e.g., hot, cold, dusty, or noisy environments).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.
