Role Purpose The Capability Catalyst ensures assets/partnerships create, prove, and scale business value through clear monetization models, pricing logic, and outcome governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define business and monetization models for Kits and assets
- Establish value realization metrics and ROI frameworks – Topline/Valuation impacts
- Enable outcome-based pricing and value-linked engagements
- Own portfolio-level economics and investment decisions
- Chair portfolio governance forums What We Are Looking For
- Experience in business modeling, pricing, or portfolio strategy
- Strong commercial judgment and P&L exposure
- Eye and keenness for detail
- Bias for Time to market What may not work
- Strategy-only, no execution exposure
- Avoids accountability for outcomes
