Application Engineer for Würth's Training Program

Würth is looking for recent graduates with a Bachelor of Science degree from a university’s school of engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, Manufacturing, Eng. Technology, or related field) to provide technical support for multiple engineering disciplines. As an Application Engineer in Training, you will work directly with customer engineering teams to identify and implement fastener solutions that improve performance, reduce costs, and support manufacturing efficiency. After 9–12 months, you will transition into a permanent role based on your interests and business needs.
