YD Broward - Job Coach, STEP

The YMCA of South Florida is looking for Job Coaches for our S.T.E.P. Program, which provides support services to adults with developmental disabilities. Under the direction of the Case Manager, the Job Coach is responsible for the overall day-to-day implementation of program, assessments, direct supervision and management of STEP students to teach identified skills and goals.

The Job Coach documents student progress, outcomes and provides the Case Manager with student data as needed.
