Pace Personal Care Assistant II - Home Care (Central Valley Pace - Stockton)

Supports mission, vision, and values of Golden Valley Health Centers Central Valley PACE Center by acting as the Lead Patient Care Assistant and delivering patient care activities and tasks as assigned to assist the nursing staff. THIS IS A HOME CARE POSITION.

Until our Stockton location is operational, the role will be based and trained at our Modesto center.

Department: Home Care Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Compensation

$24.31 - $25.53 an hour

This position requires travel throughout all of San Joaquin County.
