Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Lead with 7-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and leadership. The ideal candidate will work onsite in New Delhi, leading a team of developers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality SAP ABAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and support. Design, develop, test, and maintain complex SAP ABAP programs and customizations. Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and develop scalable solutions. Optimize and enhance existing SAP ABAP code for improved performance and efficiency.
Implement best practices in SAP ABAP coding, performance tuning, and code reviews. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP developments. Ensure compliance with SAP development standards and guidelines. Document technical specifications, user manuals, and system configurations. Stay updated with the latest SAP ABAP technologies and advancements.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7-8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, including custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Strong expertise in SAP ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Proficiency in SAP Modules such as MM, SD, FI, HR, or others.
Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and SAP ABAP best practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
SAP Certification in ABAP or related modules. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and OData services. Knowledge of WebDynpro, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.
