Job Summary
The Housing Team Leader oversees the Housing Team that is responsible for supporting Trilogy’s scattered-site housing programs. The Team Leader will coordinate housing efforts across housing grants and directly supervise Housing Coordinators. The Housing Team Leader will assign all client referrals and engage clients in the housing search process in an efficient manner. The Housing Team Leader will manage an individual client caseload. The Housing Team Leader will support with developing and maintaining relationships with landlords and management companies.
