Case Manager- Wayne County

Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland is seeking a case manager to provide direct service to youth and their families involved with juvenile court programming in Wayne County. The case manager will work closely with the Program Coordinator of our Youth Engagement Specialist Program and our Strive Mentoring Program to provide assistance to the staff and link clients and their families to programs in the county.

The Case Manager will also provide additional assistance to clients served in our other counseling programs. This position requires a candidate that loves to be in the community, have a flexible schedule, has the ability to work independently and with a team and is not afraid of a challenge!
