Job description
The Success Coach supports current and prospective college students by providing academic, administrative, and personal guidance throughout their college journey. This role requires strong knowledge of working with college-aged students, the FAFSA financial aid process, and CUNY systems and schedules. The ideal candidate is student-centered, organized, and flexible, with the ability to build trust and guide students through complex processes.
Will report to the program manager. The incumbent will understand and promote the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values to ensure alignment with the functions of the position
