Summary: The Program Associate (Agric & Food Security) plays a vital role in advancing sustainable agricultural practices and enhancing food security within targeted communities. Reporting to the Program Manager, this entry-level position involves direct field engagement to assess local needs, design impactful interventions, and support the implementation of livelihood and food security programs.

Responsibilities
Conduct field-based needs assessments and market assessments to inform program design and implementation. Support the development and delivery of training programs for smallholder farmers and vulnerable groups on sustainable agriculture, post-harvest handling, and income-generating activities. Assist in the design, implementation, supervision, and monitoring of food security and livelihood initiatives.
Collect, analyze, and report field data to track program performance and impact. Collaborate with local partners, community leaders, and stakeholders to ensure program relevance and community ownership. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with organizational and donor standards.
