The Operational Billing Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, maintaining compliance with contractual agreements, and optimizing billing processes. This role partners closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service to resolve billing issues, improve cash flow, and deliver exceptional customer service.
