School Age Site Intern- Dover YMCA Family Location

Join the YMCA of Delaware Dover branch as a School Age Site Intern for our Before & After Care Enrichment Program (BASE). This job is at our offsite schools and we are looking for individuals who want to be part of the mission to empower youth, foster healthy living, & Promote strong communities. The School Age Intern assists the School Age Assistant/Coordinator with assigned group(s) to create and implement development-based programs for children ranging from 5 to 12 years old.

School Age Interns address the emotional, cognitive, social, and physical needs of both individual and groups of children while effectively communicating with parents. Shifts: Monday-Friday (morning) 6:45am-8:45am; (afternoon) 3:00pm-6:00pm
