Landmark Realty is currently hiring Maintenance Technicians with HVAC experience for several of our beautiful apartment communities. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and full benefits offered. HVAC Maintenance Technicians* perform general property maintenance repairs and upgrades involving plumbing, electrical, painting & drywall.
The ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades with a minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience (apartment maintenance preferred) and HVAC experience is required for this opportunity.
