• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field. - 1–3 years of progressive experience in manufacturing production management or operations.
• Proven experience in leading production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards, ISO 9001, and other relevant quality and safety certifications.
