We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to provide on-call front desk coverage while creating a welcoming and professional experience for residents, guests, visitors, and team members.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, provide information, and route inquiries to the appropriate department or resident.
- Assist residents, employees, and visitors with questions, directions, and general support needs.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages while maintaining accurate records and front desk organization.
- Help maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring visitor access and following established procedures. Schedule: On-Call | Hours vary between 7:00 am – 8:00 pm Wages: $17.00 - $19.00 / hr DOE About You
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, clerical work, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
