Pay , a fast-growing financial technology company, is seeking a Collections/Credit Specialist to assist our growing team. We’re looking for a motivated individual who is willing to jump into the organization and start contributing.

Successful candidates will be a hard-working driven individual that will be able to assist the Fin Ops team in customer payments, collections, and review applicant credit reports. This position currently allows for partial remote work (3 days in office / 2 days from home).

Responsibilities

Service an assigned portfolio of accounts in a delinquent payment status Assist charge-off and collection accounts for homeowners who need payment for loan approval Monitor all standard collection procedures according to Power. Pay’s policy to minimize loan delinquencies. Communicate with customers for collections purposes through outbound calls, email, text, and chat Review customer invoices for accuracy Willing to help out with other back-end responsibilities and special projects as needed Bachelor’s Degree preferred 1 to 2 years’ experience preferred Ability to read credit reports preferred Experience working with Google Drive and Microsoft Office products Strong analytical and negotiating skills Demonstrates effective listening skills Benefits of working with Power.
