Production Development Industrialization Quality Specialist - Accessories/Packaging

ACG_3665_JOB Our client, a leading global sportswear company, is looking for a talented candidate to support product development and industrialization activities. Ensure that accessories and packaging are delivered in compliance with required quality standards and agreed service commitments. Manage the timely development of accessories and packaging while ensuring all quality requirements are consistently met.

Lead supplier development projects aimed at improving and sustaining supplier performance. Ensure assigned suppliers comply with Decathlon’s minimum standards regarding Social Responsibility, Environmental Protection, and Quality Management. Plan, coordinate, and drive the implementation of global initiatives at the local level.

Actively contribute to a dynamic global network by maintaining regular collaboration with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and the worldwide Accessories and Packaging teams.

Requirements

Demonstrate full ownership of assigned projects, combining global and local strategic perspectives with decisive actions and a strong performance-driven approach. Strong Supplier Relationship Management: Proven ability to establish trust, build effective partnerships, and collaborate closely with suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes.

Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensure projects remain on schedule, and effectively lead both internal and external teams toward successful delivery. Relevant Experience and Technical Expertise: Demonstrated professional experience and technical knowledge, with experience in the accessories or components industry considered a significant advantage.

Effective Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English. Proficiency in Chinese would be an additional advantage.
