Schedule: 7-On/7-Off B week 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM (MST) Training Schedule: (approx. 9 weeks) Monday - Friday 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM MST Department: Client Services - 234

The Client Services Agent acts as the front-lines to establish and provide excellent patient care and customer service. Working within a complex, in-bound call center, the Client Service Agent facilitates communication with healthcare providers, patients and ARUP staff and support.
