岗位职责 / Duties: Regular Responsibilities: Monitor the team in managing daily courier appeal processes, ensuring adherence to relevant SLAs. Oversee team performance with respect to quality and cost efficiency, while iteratively refining associated SOPs and management methodologies.
Framework Optimization: Analyze appeal trends to identify systematic biases or logic flaws in existing compliance frameworks and rules by managing product configurations and developing effective automated solutions.
Implement Automation: Initiate and implement operations automation to enhance operational efficiency and ensure operational accuracy.
Operational Support: Provide timely support and technical expertise to local teams, ensuring smooth field operations.
Data Analysis: Monitor service metrics, identify anomalies, and propose causes along with solutions. Derive insights from existing data analytics solutions and query data via SQL. Utilize analytics and data tools to guide strategic decisions and optimize rider compliance mechanisms.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as the Product team, to identify risks and issues, and address them at the root by launching various products and features.
Risk & Sentiment Management: Monitor fleet sentiment and identify emerging risks stemming from compliance issues; design preemptive mitigation frameworks to safeguard platform reputation and operational continuity.
