House Officer (Limited Permit Physician) - QIP

Wyckoff Heights Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and talented physician to join our team of House Officers (Limited Permit Physician) for the Quality Department. Under the clinical direction of the Dept of Medicine, the House Officer, will monitor key clinical performance indicators for Value Based Purchasing and Inpatient Quality Reporting Programs – Readmission and Mortality, and Core Measures for Pneumonia and related conditions.

This involves conducting concurrent and retrospective chart reviews, communicating findings to clinical teams, and tracking data to improve documentation and quality of care. The House Officer will translate healthcare quality needs into data-driven deliverables, creating reports to support improvement activities.
