Director, Player Development - Korea
Job description
Leads International Sales and Services teams. Prepares annual business plans that identify revenue potential by assigned market segments, and describes Casino Marketing programs and systems, Player Development activities and services, junkets and special events that will attain acceptable levels of revenue by key segment, and controls expenses to achieve an acceptable rate of return for invested expenses and complimentary services.
Maximizes the use of Solaire Club membership list to increase play, length of stay, and visits of targeted members; develop communications plan and identify tiers; coordinate direct mail and e-mail program including monthly newsletters, birthday cards, etc; provide tickets, VIP passes, and special offers to both events and entertainment to attract target customer Lead overall Korean markets for both locally based customers and international-based customers.
Lead the in-house Korean operations team. Ensures that performance standards are achieved for customer service, operating procedures, internal audit, regulatory compliance, productivity and budgeted expenses. Must have general knowledge of regulatory issues and policies regarding credit and junket representatives. Understand well the Korean culture.
Multilingual. Must possess excellent communications skills that can attract premium players and resolve high level complaints. Must be able to effectively lead a group of individual performers and develop them into an effective team. Must be able to manage multiple objectives and tasks simultaneously and be able to continually assess and re-set priorities.
Requirements
College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, preferrred. With fifteen (15) - twenty (20) years of experience in the Gaming industry. With at least ten (10) years managerial experience in Casino Marketing or Player Development
