POSITION PURPOSE The Concierge provides exceptional customer service to all patients, visitors, and employees at Memorial Regional Health (MRH) through professional, friendly, and efficient communication, both in person and by telephone. This role delivers personalized service in alignment with the hospital’s service standards, ensuring each interaction creates a positive, and memorable experience. The Concierge is dedicated to anticipating needs, resolving inquiries, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
