Job description
Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets. Present product solutions to prospective clients, highlighting technical specifications, cost benefits, and value-added services. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and support sales initiatives. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to close deals while maintaining profitability. Provide post-sale support and ensure seamless onboarding and delivery coordination with operations. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
Attend industry trade shows, client meetings, and business development events to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 2–5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain sectors. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and industrial product applications. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Self-motivated with a consistent track record of exceeding sales goals. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
