Scribes precisely capture clinical events and provider decision-making to ensure clear, comprehensive, and compliant medical charting. In addition, scribes assist with essential clerical tasks, including processing physician orders for tests and medications and retrieving critical information such as lab results, radiology reports, and other patient data.
