Care and Inclusion Lead - Concessions

As the Care & Inclusion Lead, you will provide hands-on coaching, mentorship, and day-to-day support to team members with diverse abilities, helping them develop workplace skills, build confidence, and gain meaningful employment experience in an inclusive, supportive, and fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in creating a positive team culture while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences at every event.

In this role, you will provide support for the Concessions Support Team, which is responsible for maintaining clean work areas, stocking and replenishing condiment stations, and delivering supplies throughout the venue during events.
