Job description
The Power Platform Developer will work closely with business stakeholders, operations leadership, and the technology team to translate process requirements into scalable low-code solutions. The team is responsible for:
- Designing and building automated workflows and low-code applications across the organization
- Integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and SQL Server
- Developing reusable components and connectors to extend platform capabilities
- Maintaining documentation, governance standards, and deployment processes
- Supporting business stakeholders in identifying and resolving automation opportunities We are seeking a Power Platform Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps to design, develop, and maintain workflow automation and low-code business applications. The ideal candidate is technically strong across the Power Platform ecosystem, comfortable integrating with APIs and enterprise data sources, and able to work collaboratively with non-technical business users to deliver practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Build low-code business applications using Microsoft Power Apps for internal operational use
- Integrate APIs, databases, and enterprise systems with Power Platform solutions
- Develop reusable components and custom connectors using C# and .NET
- Automate approval processes, notifications, document workflows, and reporting pipelines
- Work with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SQL Server, and third-party systems
- Troubleshoot workflow failures and optimize automation performance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Maintain technical documentation and deployment processes
- Follow security, governance, and compliance best practices within the Power Platform environment Requirements Key Responsibilities
