Senior Learning and Development Specialist/Spécialiste principal en formation et en perfectionnement

The Senior Learning & Development Specialist will own the end‑to‑end creation and delivery of MDA Space’s large‑scale, blended training programs—partnering with SMEs to design curricula, scripts, and storyboards; translating business needs into instructor‑led sessions, e‑learning, simulations, videos, job‑aids and AI‑enhanced just‑in‑time resources; managing external vendors; setting up learning environments; and overseeing onboarding.

In addition, the role will handle L&D operational duties such as program scheduling, logistics, material distribution, LMS administration, and continuous improvement of the LMS through requirements gathering, testing and configuration.
