Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter - دهان to join our dynamic Repair & Maintenance Services team. This role is critical in ensuring the aesthetic integrity, durability, and safety of both interior and exterior surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying various types of paint and coatings, and maintaining high standards of workmanship in accordance with industry best practices and client specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, priming, and repairing cracks, holes, or imperfections.
• Select appropriate paints, coatings, and application tools based on surface type, environment, and client requirements.
• Apply paint and coatings using brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other equipment with precision and consistency.
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) during all painting operations.
• Ensure proper ventilation, containment, and cleanup to minimize mess and protect surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to coordinate work schedules and project timelines.
• Adhere to quality control standards and perform self-inspections to ensure work meets project specifications.
• Maintain and clean tools and equipment after each use to ensure longevity and performance.

Requirements

Requirements: - 1–3 years of hands-on experience in painting and coating applications within repair or maintenance services.

• Proficiency in surface preparation techniques, including sanding, priming, and filling.
• Knowledge of different paint types (e.g., latex, oil-based, epoxy, anti-corrosive) and their appropriate uses.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, clean finishes.
• Physical stamina to work in various environments, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits and material deliveries.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and workplace hazard awareness.
